About TIG
An Egyptian property developer and contractor, based in El Shorouk City.
TIG Development started as a contracting firm in El Shorouk City in 2014. The first thing we handed over was a residential building, and we handed it over on the agreed date. That last clause is what everything since has been built on.
Today we develop and build our own projects: we acquire the land, design with licensed consultants, and put up the structure with our own crews. When there is no subcontractor between you and the concrete, quality becomes a decision you control.
Our work has grown from residential villas in El Shorouk into commercial and office malls. Our current project, Point Hub Mall, is the largest we have taken on.
The date is a promise
The handover date in the contract is the date we hand over. We have not missed one since 2014.
Built the way we'd build for ourselves
Concrete, waterproofing and finishing specs don't change with the price of the unit.
